MEET OUR PROVIDERS

Nayeli McCaffrey is a Registered Nurse receiving her bachelor’s degree from Western Governors University. She is compassionate and caring about her patients and has been a nurse for over eight years.   Nayeli has worked in Long Term Care facilities as well as Assisted Living Communities serving the gerontologic population.  She specializes in providing Palliative Care and End of Life training and support to families in the Home Care setting.  She received most of her end-of-life experience from working with Gilchrist Hospice in Howard County. Outside of working at Personal Physician Care Nayeli enjoys spending time with her family and giving back to her community by volunteering at the Howard County Food Bank.
