MEET OUR PROVIDERS

Kathy Jantac is a Board Certified Gerontological Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from the University of Maryland at Baltimore School of Nursing. Kathy has been providing care to adults aged 55 years and older in the Baltimore and Washington metro area since 1997, specializing in long-term care and assisted living.
She has special interests in wound management, osteoporosis and end of life care.
Kathy is a competitive swimmer, a triathlete and mother to two children.

Kathy has been with PPC since 2010, providing care to many of our outside facilities. She often given medical talks at those facilities, and provides excellent comprehensive and acute care to the residents of those facilities. She also has helped spearhead the PPC advanced directive initiative and works to help with our ACO program now.
