MEET OUR PROVIDERS

Ozi received both her Bachelor of Nursing degree and her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree specializing in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care, with honors from University of Maryland, Baltimore.  She is an American Medical Directors Association (AMDA) Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Futures participant.

She holds experience as an Adult and Geriatric Nurse Practitioner in Post-Acute and Long-Term Care before joining Personal Physician Care. Outside of her work schedule,  Ozi holds the position as an editorial board member for the Geriatric Nursing Journal. She is the President-Elect for the Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses Association.  She is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honors Society, the Nurse Practitioners Association of Maryland, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and a member of the AMDA- Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care
